For A Quote
In order to
provide an accurate quote, the following are required:
- PDF files for all trades to be
detailed by CAD by Ken, Inc
- Time line for project including
when drawings are due and phasing
- Scope of work (ductwork,
mechanical pipe, plumbing pipe, etc)
- Job site visit requirements
Once the
Fee Proposal has been accepted, the following needs to be provided:
- AutoCAD files (mechanical and
architectural ceiling plans minimum.
Plumbing and structural steel if possible)
- Full set of prints
- Specifications
- Submittals
- Completed Contractor’s
